Öz

Gastrokolik fistüller gastrointestinal sistem kanserlerinin nadir komplikasyonlarından birisidir. Sadece kanserler değil aynı zamanda peptik ülser, perfore kolon divertikülleri, crohn hastalığı, perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi ve gastroenterostomi gibi patolojiler de gastrokolik fistül oluşumuna neden olabilirler. Kanserlere bağlı olarak gelişen gastrokolik fistüller ise mide ve kolon kanserlerine bağlı olarak gelişebilir. Uygun vakalarda fistüle eşlik eden mide ve kolon segmenti ve varsa invaze olmuş diğer organlarla birlikte geniş rezeksiyon önerilen cerrahi işlemdir. Bu yazıda kolon kanserine bağlı olarak gelişen ve subtotal gastrektomi, sol hemikolektomi, distal pankreatektomi ve splenektomi ile tedavi edilen ve şifa ile taburcu olan bir gastrokolik fistül olgusu sunulmuştur
