Ektopik Ampulla Vateri'de Yerleşim Gösteren Duodenal Villöz Adenom: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Duodenal villöz adenom duodenal neoplazilerin %1’ den azını oluşturan nadir görülen bir tümördür. Daha çok periampuller bölgede yerleşir. Olgumuz, üst gastrointestinal sistem kanaması bulguları ile acil laparatomiye alınan 58 yaşındaki erkek hastadır. Mide perforasyonu nedeni ile subtotal gastrektomi uygulanmıştır. Histopatolojik incelemede peptik ülser izlenmiştir. Ayrıca, duodenal bulbusta anormal yerleşimli ampulla Vater ve bu bölgede gelişmiş villöz adenom saptanmıştır. Duodenal bulbusta yerleşim gösteren ektopik ampulla Vater nadir görülen bir anomali olup, bu makalede ektopik ampulla Vater’ de yerleşim gösteren villöz adenom olgusu sunulmaktadır. İngilizce literatürde ektopik ampulla Vater ile birlikte fokal kanser içeren villöz adenom bildiren yalnızca bir olgu bulunmaktadır
