Öz

Kortikosteroidler değişik hastalıkların tedavisinde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Kullanımları sırasında bazı hastalarda geri dönüşümlü hipotalamo-pituiter-adrenal yolunun baskılanmasına neden olabilmektedirler. Sağ göz kapağının üzerindeki kavernöz hemanjiom nedeniyle iki ay boyunca farmakolojik dozda topikal kortikosteroid kullanımı sonucu Cushing sendromu gelişen 9 aylık kız hasta sunulmuştur
