Öz

Tiroid bezinde tüberküloz nadir bulunur. Ses kısıklığı ve ateş yakınması olan 45 yaşındaki kadın hasta opere edildikten sonra, antitüberküloz tedavi verildi. Olgumuzun, sol vokal kord paralizisi olup, tiroid kanserini taklit eden, tiroid bezinde pimer yerleşimli tüberküloz absesi olduğu saptandı
