Kariyer Geçişlerinde Umut Değişkeninin Rolü

Öz

Bu makalede kariyer geçiş aşamasındaki bireylerin kariyer gelişimlerinde
umut düzeylerini arttırabilmek amacıyla kariyer danışmanlarının
kullanabilecekleri yaklaşımların tanıtılması amaçlanmıştır. Üçüncü kariyer
dalgasında post modern yaklaşımlardan umut değişkenini ele alan yaklaşımlar
incelendiğinde, HEROIC Düşünce Anlayışı Modeli ve Umut Odaklı Kariyer Danışması
Modellerinin göze çarptığı görülmektedir Buradan hareketle bu makalede bu iki yaklaşım
açıklanmıştır. HEROIC Düşünce Anlayışı ve Umut Odaklı Kariyer Danışması Modeli
ile kariyer danışmanları kariyer geçiş aşamasında bulunan bireylerin
yaşamlarında, kendilerini yeni fırsatlara açabilmelerine ve onları bir sonraki
yaşam bölümlerine taşımak için umut ve öz-farkındalık düzeylerini
arttırabilmelerine yardımcı olabilir ve bu konuda danışanlarını destekleyebilirler.
