Mesleki Aşkınlık: Bir Kavram İncelemesi

Öz

Bu makalenin amacı; yurt içinde kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı alanında yaygın olarak kullanılmayan mesleki aşkınlık kavramını ele almak ve kavramın çatısını oluşturmaktır. Yurt içi literatürde mesleki aşkınlık kavramı açıklanmaya çalışılmış, ancak bu konuda görüş birliğinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu araştırmada mesleki aşkınlık kavramının tarihsel gelişim süreci, kavramın teorik alt yapısı, kavramla ilgili yapılan çalışmalar, kavramı etkileyen bağlamsal faktörlerin neler olabileceği, yurt içi literatüre uygun bir şekilde nasıl tanımlanabileceği, neden “aşkınlık” kavramının tercih edildiği ve son olarak da ülkemizde nasıl kullanılabileceği ile ilgili açıklamalara ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.
