İş Yaşamında Kabul ve Eylem Formu: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, İş Yaşamında Kabul ve Eylem Formu (İYKE)’nin (Work-related Acceptance and Action Questionnaire; WAAQ) (Bond, Lloyd ve Guenole, 2013) Türkçeye uyarlanarak geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarının yapılmasıdır. İş yaşamında psikolojik esnekliğin ölçülmesi amacıyla geliştirilen WAAQ, 7’li Likert tipi yedi madde ve tek boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Çeviri için gerekli süreçlerin tamamlanmasının ardından, açımlayıcı (AFA) ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya AFA için kamu ya da özel sektörde çalışan 91, DFA için 180 kişi katılmıştır. Ölçeğin Türkçe formunun AFA sonuçları tek boyutlu bir yapıyı göstermiş, DFA sonuçları da, mükemmel uyuma işaret ederek ölçeğin orijinalindeki tek faktörlü yapıyı doğrulamıştır. Cronbach alfa .84 olarak bulunmuştur.
