Öz
Dikkat Eksikliği ve Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu (DEHB) günümüzde çocuk ve ergenlerde sıklıkla karşılaşılan bir rahatsızlıktır. DEHB dikkatsizlik, hiperaktivite ve dürtüsellik belirtilerinden oluşmakta olup çocuk ve ergenin ailesel, akademik ve toplumsal işlevini bozabilmektir. Özellikle okul çağında öğretmenlerin yönlendirmesi ile çocuk ve ergen psikiyatristleri tarafından tanılanmaktadır. Çocuk ve ergen psikiyatrisi tarafından ilaç tedavisine ek olarak DEHB’na ait belirtileri hafifletmek amacıyla birçok psikolojik destek müdahaleleri geliştirilmiştir. Ebeveynlere yönelik psikoeğitim çalışmaları, çocuk ve ergenlere yönelik dikkat geliştirme etkinlikleri, bireysel psikolojik danışma gibi psikolojik destekler sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ise yeni bir bakış açısı ile aile danışmanlığı sürecinin DEHB’li çocuk ve ergenlerde uygulanma pratiği ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca DEHB’li çocuk ve ergenlere yönelik yapısal aile danışmanlığı süreci kuramsal olarak incelenmiştir. Yapısal aile danışmanlığı kavramlarından olan sınırlar, hiyerarşi ve alt sistemler DEHB açısından ele alınarak müdahale süreci hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur.
