Traditional Turkish Decoration Arts have evolved throughout our history and have linked our past to today. The manuscript sheds light on our history in terms of its thesis as well as on the importance of conveying the knowledge of the works. These monuments are one of the most important historical treasures for the understanding of our culture and civilization. The themed works shed light on our history, both through their periods and the information contained in them. These works reflect the art approach, style and differences of the era in which they were written and decorated. The artifacts are very important for us to be able to follow developments in our history, learn, and evaluate and study them. In order to preserve and better understand the manuscripts, and to transfer them to future generations, the subject of the study was the evaluation of the characteristics of the "482" Inventory Number at the French National Library and the Registered Exchange Rate (Quran). The sections with fabric that are preserved without distortion were examined in terms of pattern, pattern, color, design integrity, writing ink and technique. Information was provided on the composition of the period in which the Muskhafi was written. The study is supported by visual materials and drawings.
