Yüksek Performanslı İş Sistemleri ile İş Bağlılığı Arasındaki İlişkide Psikolojik Güçlendirmenin Aracı Rolü: Hizmet Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Öz

İşletmelerin günümüzde rekabet üstünlüğü sağlaması ve bu üstünlüğü koruyabilmesi için yüksek performanslı iş sistemleri uygulamaları ile çalışanlarının iş bağlılıklarını artırması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Örgütsel düzeyde başarı ve sürdürülebilir bir büyüme için temel bir faktör olan insan sermayesinin sürekli geliştirilmesi, uzun vadede rekabet avantajı sağlamak için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışma hizmet sektörlerinde yüksek performanslı iş sistemleri ile iş bağlılığı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleme ve bu ilişkide psikolojik güçlendirmenin aracı olarak rolünü ortaya çıkarma amacıyla yapılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda 387 adet katılımcıdan veri toplanarak hipotezlerimiz test edilmiştir. Anket sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde güvenirlik analizi, frekans ve tanımlayıcı analizler, faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi, SPSS Process Macro Programı ile aracı (Model 4) etki analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yüksek performanslı iş sistemleri ile iş bağlılığı ve psikolojik güçlendirme arasında; psikolojik güçlendirmeyle iş bağlılığı arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçlarına göre, yüksek performanslı iş sistemlerinin iş bağlılığı üzerinde psikolojik güçlendirme aracılığıyla anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür.
