Retro-reflektif tekstiller

Öz

Teknik tekstiller son yıllarda kullanımı giderek artan ve estetik özelliklerden daha çok fonksiyonellik özellikleriyle ön plana çıkan özel ürünlerdir. Bu nedenle teknik tekstiller birçok sektöre hitap edebilen ürünleri yapısında bulundurmaktadır. Retro-reflektif tekstiller, teknik tekstiller içerisinde yer almakta olup, özellikle iş güvenliği uygulamalarında kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada teknik tekstiller ve retro-reflektif tekstiller hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve daha sonra retro-reflektif iplik kullanılarak örnek bir tasarım uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu örnek tasarım uygulamasına ait üretim aşamaları da paylaşılmıştır. Günümüz Dünyasında giderek artan rekabet koşullarında tüm sektörlerin ayakta kalabilmesi ve daha yüksek kâr oranlarının yakalanabilmesi için retro-reflektif gibi inovatif ve tasarım açılarından genişlemeye müsait olan yeni malzemelerden yararlanılabilmesi son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmayla tekstil alanında çalışan kişilerin retro-reflektif tekstil uygulamaları hakkında daha çok bilgi sahibi olması ve yapılacak olan tekstil tasarımlarında katma değeri daha yüksek olabilen retro-reflektif ürünlere daha çok yer verilmesinin sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.

Öz

Technical textiles are special products that have been increasingly used in recent years and come to the forefront with their functionality rather than aesthetic features. For this reason, technical textiles contain products that can appeal to many sectors. Retro-reflective textiles are included in technical textiles and are used especially in work safety applications. In this study, information about technical textiles and retro-reflective textiles was given, and then an exemplary design application was made using retro-reflective yarn. The production stages of this sample design application are also shared. In today's world, it is extremely important to benefit from innovative materials such as retro-reflective, which are suitable for expansion in terms of design, in order for all sectors to survive in the increasingly competitive conditions and to achieve higher profit rates. With this study, it is aimed that people working in the field of textiles have more information about retro-reflective textile applications and that retro-reflective products, which can have higher added value, are included more in textile designs.
