Öz
Nazolabial kistler, superior
gingivolabial sulkusta yavaş büyüyen ağrısız şişlik şeklinde klinik verirler.
Nazolabial sulkusta silinme yaparak yüzde kozmetik deformiteye neden
olabilirler. Tanı klinik ve histopatolojik bulguların korelasyonuyla konulur. Kistin
yerleşimini, çevre dokularla olan ilişkisini ve kemik erozyonu yapıp
yapmadığını göstermede en iyi radyolojik
yöntem paranazal tomografidir. Tedavide standart yöntem sublabial yaklaşımla
cerrahi eksizyondur. Bu yazıda kliniğimizde nazolabial kist nedeniyle tedavi
ettiğimiz bir hasta olgu sunumu olarak sunulmuştur.
