Şalgam Suyu Tüketiminin Serum Total Antioksidan Kapasite Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Amaç: Kırmızı ve mor renkli sebze ve meyvelerde bulunan antioksidan potansiyelin

insan sağlığına üzerine olan olumlu etkilerini araştıran birçok çalışma bulunmaktadır.

Bu gıdalardan biri de yerel olarak sık tüketilen şalgam (Brassica rapa veya Turnip)

suyudur. Çalışmamızın amacı şalgam suyu tüketiminin serum total antioksidan kapasitesi

üzerine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır.
