Öz

Giriş: Koruyucu ailelik, dünya genelinde çocukların sağlıklı ve güvenli bir ortamda büyümesini sağlamak amacıyla uygulanan önemli bir modeldir. Bu sistem çocukların fiziksel, duygusal ve sosyal gelişimleri açısından büyük önem taşır. Koruyucu aileleri ve çocuklarını desteklemeye yönelik müdahale programları dünya genelinde önemli bir yer tutarken ülkemizde sınırlı sayıdadır.
Amaç: Bu derleme makalesinin amacı koruyucu ailelere ve çocuklarına uygulanan müdahale programlarını incelemek ve pediatri hemşirelerinin bu alanda yeri ve önemini vurgulamaktır.
Yöntem: Google Schoolar, Scopus, Pubmed olmak üzere 3 veri tabanı incelenerek koruyucu aile ve çocuklara yönelik müdahale programları incelenmiştir.15 Ağustos-15 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında koruyucu ailelere ve çocuklara yönelik yapılmış randomize kontrollü çalışmalar, sistematik derlemeler, meta-analiz ve tez çalışmaları incelenmiştir.
Bulgular: Bu programlar genellikle anne duyarlılığını arttırmak, ebeveyn çocuk arasındaki bağlanmayı güçlendirmek, ebeveyn stresinin ve depresyon düzeyinin azaltılması, zor çocuk davranışlarını yönetmek, ebeveyn-bebek oyun davranışlarını geliştirmek, ebeveyn-çocuk arasındaki iletişimi güçlendirmek, çocuğun ihtiyaçlarına zamanında yanıt vermek, ebeveyn becerilerini güçlendirmek, bebek gelişiminin takibinin yapılması gibi farklı boyutlarda olduğu görülmektedir.
Sonuç: Müdahale programlarının uygulanmasında pediatri hemşirelerinin koruyucu aile ve çocuklarının eğitimi, desteklenmesi ve çocukların ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması konusunda yeri önemlidir. Pediatri hemşireleri çocukların fiziksel ve psikolojik sağlıklarının korunması ve iyileştirilmesi için gerekli tıbbi bakımın yanı sıra, koruyucu ailelere yönelik eğitimler ve danışmanlık hizmetleri sunabilecek bilgi, beceri ve donanıma sahiptirler.
