İntraabdominal Rahim İçi Aracın Laparoskopik Çıkarımı: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Ülkemizde en sık kullanılan kontraseptif yöntem olan RİA’nın takılması sırasında veya kullanımında bazı komplikasyonlar görülebilmektedir. Bu komplikasyonlar arasında belkide en önemlisi, uterus perforasyonu ve RİA’nın uterin kavite dışına disloke olmasıdır. Nadir görülen uterus perforasyonunun tanısında pelvik USG ve x – ray grafinin birlikte kullanılması gerekir. Organ yaralanması durumuna ve cerrahın tecrübesine göre laparoskopi veya laparotomi tercih edilebilir. Bu çalışmada, intraabdominal RİA olgusunun laparoskopik çıkarımı tartışılacaktır
