A Skin Form Case of Sporadic Bovine Leukosis in a Simmental Breed Cow

Öz

Dört ya ında Simmental ırkı bir inek son 25 günde geli en deri lezyonları, istahsızlık, hızlı zayıflama, süt veriminde ani dü ü ikayetleriyle fakülte hastanesine getirildi ve deri lezyonlarının son 10 günde arttı ı, a ız ve deride de olu tu u bildirildi. Klinik muayene bulguları olarak ate , nabız ve solunum frekansında artma, tüm yüzeysel lenf yumrularında i me ile preskapular, mandibular ve inguinal lenf yumrularında sert sıkı tümoral olu umlar tespit edildi. Üst di etlerinde, memenin korpus ve papilla kısmının birle im yeri ile daha çok ba ve boyun olmak üzere tüm deride ülseratif merkezli gri-siyah nekrotik lezyonlar gözlendi. Bovine Leukosis Virus için indirect ELISA test kullanılarak yapılan kontrolde kan serum örne inin pozitif oldu u belirlendi. Prognozun kötü olması nedeniyle hayvan kesime gönderildi. Post-mortem makroskopik muayenede tümoral olu umlar dalak, ba ırsaklar, preskapular alan ile submandibular, inguinal ve supramammar alandaki birçok lenf yumrusunda tespit edildi. Enzootik bovine leukosis bir çok bölgede farklı oranlarda saptanmı tır ancak sporadik olan deri formu Türkiyede ilk kez bu çalı mayla bildirilmi tir
