Öz

Tüberküloz, mikobakteriumlar tarafından olu turulan, oldukça ciddi sa lık problemlerine ve ekonomik kayıplara sebep olan zoonoz karakterde bir hastalıktır. Tüberküloz basilleri ve kona ın yangı hücrelerinin ili kisine ba lı olarak geli en, tüberkül adı verilen beyaz-sarı renkli, kalsifiye granülomların olu umu ile karakterize kronik seyirli bir enfeksiyondur. Bu derlemede sı ır tüberkülozunun antemortem ve postmortem te hisinde kullanılan metotlar hakkında bilgi verilmi tir
