Comparison of some production characterictics of different genotype broilers

Live weights, feed consumption, feed convertion, slaughter and carcass characterictics of four different genotypes were investigated in Lalahan Livestock Researche institute. İn the experiment 416 chicks were used. The animals were fed with 22 CP and 3000 Kcal/Kg M.E. ration on days 0 21, and 20 CP and 3150 Kcal/Kg M.E. ration on days 22 -45. At the end of the experiment average live weights of the groups were 1960, 1973, 2059 and 1919 g. respectively. Total feed consumption and feed convertion in the groups were determined as 3865, 3668, 4024, 3909 g. and 1.97, 1.85, 1.95 and 2.01 respectively. Carcass weights of groups were found 1414, 1 415, 1449 and 1429 g. respectively. The observed, values in group of Erbro were estimated lower than the other genotypes

FARKLI GENETİK YAPILI BROYLERLERDE BAZI VERİM ÖZELLİKLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Öz

Bu araştırmada dört farklı genotipin (Avian farm, Hybro, Ross PM3, Erbro) canlı ağırlık, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma ve kesim-karkas özellikleri incelenmiştir. Denemede toplam 416 adet civciv kullanılmıştır. Hayvanlar 0-21. günler arasında % 22 SHP ve 3000 Kcal/kg M.E.’ li yem, 22-45. günler arasında % 20 SHP ve 3150 Kcal/kg M.E. içeren yemlerle ad.libitum olarak beslenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda gruplarda ortalama canlı ağırlık değerleri sırasıyla 1960, 1973, 2059 ve 1919 g., toplam yem tüketimleri 3765, 3668, 4024 ve 3909 g., yemden yararlanma oranları ise 1.97, 1.85, 1.95 ve 2.01 olarak bulunmuştur. Gruplara ait karkas ağırlıkları 1414, 1415, 1449 ve 1429 g., karkasta fire değerleri ise % 0.99, 0.80, 0.88 ve 0.99 olarak belirlenmiştir. Lalahan Hayvancılık Araştırma Enstitüsünde yapılan bu çalışmada Erbro genotipinin verim değerleri diğerlerinden düşük bulunmuştur.
