Richard Cantillon: İktisadî Teorinin Doğuşu
Öz
Hayatî öneme sahip birçok Avusturyacı vukuf İrlandalı banker Richard Cantillon’un (16801-1734) iktisadında ve bâki kalan yegâne yayınlanmış eseri Essai sur la Nature du Commerce en General isimli çalışmasında bulunmaktadır.2 Cantillon’un Avusturyacı iktisadın gelişimi üzerinde önemli bir tesir olduğu ve Avusturya Okulu’nun bir üyesi addedilebileceği aşikâr görünüyor. Carl Menger, The Principles of Economics’in (İktisadın İlkeleri) yayınlanmasından evvel kütüphanesinde Essai’nin bir kopyasına sahipti.
