TBY VE ÖKS ÇERÇEVELERİYLE KÜRESEL SÜRÜCÜ AÇIĞI SORUNUNA YÖNELİK SİSTEMATİK BİR LİTERATÜR TARAMASI

Öz

Bu çalışma, karayolu yük taşımacılığında küresel sürücü açığı, sürücü devri, memnuniyet ve elde tutma literatürünü Teori-Bağlam-Yöntem (TBY) ve Öncüller-Kararlar-Sonuçlar (ÖKS) çerçeveleriyle sistematik olarak incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. SPAR-4-SLR protokolü izlenerek Web of Science veri tabanından seçilen ve 1996-2025 dönemini kapsayan 60 hakemli makale incelenmiştir. TBY bulguları, literatürde teorik çeşitliliğe karşın önemli ölçüde teorik dağınıklık bulunduğunu, araştırmaların ağırlıklı olarak nicel ve kesitsel tasarımlara dayandığını ve çalışmaların ABD-Kanada bağlamında yoğunlaştığını göstermektedir. ÖKS bulguları ise sürücü sorununun ücret ve ekonomik faktörler, operasyonel koşullar ve iş tasarımı, evde zaman, aile ve sosyal destek, sağlık, psikoloji ve insan kaynakları, yönetim, sevkiyat ve ilişkisel kültür, teknoloji, adalet ve denetim ile dışsal faktörler, altyapı ve sektörel imaj olmak üzere yedi tema etrafında şekillendiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, sürücü sorununu bütünleşik bir nedensel çerçeveyle açıklayarak teorik katkı sunmaktadır. Aynı zamanda işletmeler ve politika yapıcılar için bütüncül elde tutma stratejileri önererek pratik katkı sağlamaktadır.
