Öz

The accuracy of the estimation of coal thickness a n d reserve by kriging method de­pends on the number of samples used and the parameters of the variogram. In some cases, it is relatively easy to estimate the sill and nugget effect on the underlying variog­ram whereas the estimation of the range may not be easy. In this study, the effect of the range which is one of the parameters of the spherical type variogram model on the esti­mation of coal thickness and reserve was determined

Kömür Rezerv Tahmininde Variogram Etki Mesafesinin Önemi

Öz

Kriging metoduyla yapılan kömür kalınlık ve rezerv tahmmlerinin doğruluğu, kul­lanılan numune sayısına ve variogram modelinin parametrelerine bağlıdır. Bazı du­rumlarda variogram modelinin sili ve külçe etkisi değerleri kolaylıkla bulunurken etki mesafesini bulmak zor olabilir. Bu çalışmada, küresel tip variogram modellinin para­metrelerinden birisi olan etki mesafesinin kömür kalınlık ve rezerv tahminlerine etkisi araştırılmıştır
