KUZU VE OĞLAKLARDA KRİPTOSPORİDİOZİSTE PATOLOJİK VE İMMUNOHİSTOKİMYASAL BULGULAR

Öz

Özet: Kriptosporidiozis Cryptosporidium spp. tarafından oluşturulan zoonotik bir protozoon hastalığıdır. Neonatal dönemdeki ruminantlarda ishal ve yüksek morbidite ile seyreder. Bu çalışmanın materyalini ishal, iştahsızlık, depresyon, gelişim geriliği ve ölüm şikayetiyle getirilen ve yaşları 1-14 gün arasında değişim gösteren 10 kuzu ile 17 oğlak, toplam 27 hayvan oluşturdu. Bu araştırmada kriptosporidiozis saptanan kuzu ve oğlaklardaki makro ve mikro patolojik lezyonlar ile immunohistokimyasal bulgular değerlendirildi.
