ÖZBEK TÜRKÇESİYLE TÜRKİYE TÜRKÇESİ ARASINDA BİÇİMSEL EŞ DEĞERLER VE TÜRKİYE TÜRKÇESİNİN AKRABA TOPLULUKLARA ÖĞRETİMİ

Turkish has a lot of dialects called by different names. In the researches done, these dialects were set forth to have many common aspects. The technological developments, the social and political changes in our days made the Turkic communities speaking the dialects of Turkish closer to each other. During this process of getting closer to each other, the Republic of Turkey has been following a more active integration policy. The most important aspect of it is constituted by teaching Turkey Turkish to the Relative Communities. The more the dialects got closer to each other, the more it was found out that there are also minute differences besides similarities. One of the subjects seen as a difference is stylistic equivalent one. Though the stylistic equivalent sounds like homonymy, the homonymy is seen as stylistic equivalence. Because the homonymy is evaluated as a phenomenon in a language itself. On the other hand, the stylistic equivalence comes into existence as a result of the changes in the content and style in the language which concerns the historical process. The styslistic equivalents rendering the communication among the Turkic dialects difficult is particularly a handicap which needs to be overcome in the teaching of Turkey Turkish to the Relative Communities. It influences the communication and the transfer studies negatively and the attitiudes of the students in the process of language teaching. In this study, the problems encountered related to teaching of the stylistic equivalents in the process of teaching the Turkey Turkish to the Uzbek will be elaborated.

Türkçenin, dünya üzerinde farklı adlarla anılan birçok lehçesi yaşamaktadır. Yapılan araştırmalarla bu lehçelerin pekçok ortak yönünün varlığı ortaya konulmuştur. Günümüzde teknolojik gelişmeler, sosyal ve siyasi değişiklikler Türkçenin lehçelerini konuşan toplumları birbirine yakınlaştırmıştır. Bu yakınlaşma sürecinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti daha aktif bir entegrasyon politikası takip etmektedir. Bunun en önemli ayağını Türkiye Türçesinin akraba topluluklara öğretilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Türkçenin lehçeleri yakınlaştıkça büyük benzerliklerin yanında küçük farklılıkların da bulunduğu anlaşılmıştır. Farklılık olarak görülen konulardan biri de biçimsel eş değerlik konusudur. Biçimsel eş değerlilik, dillerdeki eş sesliliğe benzemekle birlikte eş seslilik (eş adlılık), biçimsel eş değerlik olarak görülmemektedir. Çünkü eş seslilik bir dilin kendi içindeki bir olgu olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Biçimsel eş değerlik ise tarihsel süreci ilgilendiren, dildeki biçim ve içerik değişmelerinin neticesinde oluşmaktadır. Türk lehçeleri arasında iletişimi zorlaştıran biçimsel eş değerler, özellikle Türkiye Türkçesinin akraba topluluklara öğretiminde aşılması gereken bir engeldir. Dil öğretimi sürecinde öğrenci tutumlarını, aktarma çalışmalarını ve iletişimi olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkçenin lehçeleri asındaki biçimsel eş değerler ve özellikle Türkiye Türkçesinin Özbek Türklerine öğretimi sürecinde biçimsel eş değerlerin öğretimiyle ilgili karşılaşılan problemler üzerinde durulacaktır
