Tere Bitkisindeki Metallerin Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrometre ile Tayini

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Burdur şehir merkezinden geçen dere suyu kullanılarak yetiştirilen tere bitkisindeki (Lepidium sativum)  bazı metallerin (Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Cd, Hg, Pb) tayini, atomik absorpsiyon spektrometre (AAS) ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tere bitkisi, dere suyuyla sulama yapılan dere kenarındaki bir tarladan alınan toprak kullanılarak yetiştirilmiştir. Tere tohumları, bu toprak örneklerini içeren polietilen saksılara ekilmiş ve sulama suyu olarak da dere ve yerel marketten temin edilen içme suyu kullanılmıştır. Belirli bir büyüklüğe erişen bitkiden yaprakları hasat edilmiştir. Tere yaprakları mikrodalga yöntemi kullanılarak çözülmüştür. Örneklerin kantitatif analizlerinde AAS tekniği ile kalibrasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
