Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı; Journal of Organizational Behavior dergisinde 2010-2015 yıllarında, liderlikle ilgili yayınlanan makalelerin bibliyometrik bir analizini ortaya koymaktır. Son altı yılda araştırılan liderlik tarzlarının ve bu liderlik tarzlarının hangi örgütsel davranış ve tutumla ilişkisinin araştırıldığının tespit edilmesi, ilgili literatür ile ilgilenen araştırmacılara önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. 2010-2015 yılları arasında yayınlanan 51 adet dergide basılan, 435 adet makalenin başlıkları ve anahtar kelimelerinde “leadership” kelimesi taranmış, makalelerin 43 tanesi araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, en fazla gündemde olan liderlik tarzlarının sırasıyla dönüşümcü liderlik (13 kez), lider-üye etkileşim teorisi (8 kez), otantik liderlik (6 kez) ve etik liderlik (4 kez) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada, araştırılan liderlik tarzları ile örgütsel davranış ve tutumlar arasındaki ilişkinin anlam ve yönüne de yer verilmiştir.
