The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between corporate security perception and
employee self- confidence and individual innovation behavior, and to examine each other’s
competence to explain each other. As a data collection tool; Demographic Factors, Workplace
Safety Perception Scale, Employee Self-Confidence Scale and Innovation Scale were used. This
study was conducted on 200 employees of IETT Headquarters, and 188 questionnaires were
returned. Twenty five of them were invalid because they selected multiple options. According to
the research findings, it was clear that there was meaningful relationship between the perception
of corporate trust and employee self- confidence but the perception of corporate trust and selfconfidence of the employees have not the significant effect on innovation behavior.
