Objective: In this study, it was aimed to determine the percentage of not being vaccinated and the reasons for not being vaccinated among 112 Emergency Health Services employees.
Materials and Methods: Calculations were made by applying chi-square test and logistic regression using Spss 21 program. Ethical Permission was obtained from the Non-Invasive Ethics Committee .(Decision date: 26.05.2021, Decision No: 2021-05/02)
Results: Of the 197 employees participating in the study, 26 were doctors (13.2%), 171 (86.8%) were other healthcare professionals. 106 of them were female (53.8%), 132 people were between 20-30 years old (67.0%) 55 were 31-50 years old (27.9%), 110 of them were married. Being married increased the rejection of vaccines 2.3 times (p = 0.017). Being previously infected with COVID-19 increased vaccine rejection 2.2 times (p = 0.033).
Conclusion: The presence of these opposition and reservations on the side that can convince the society like the health personnel shows that there is a much higher rate in the society. In order to quickly recover from this epidemic, the public should be informed by reliable scientists about COVID-19 vaccines and their fear, anxiety and reservations should be eliminated. The higher the unconvinced number, the less beneficial vaccines will be.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada 112 Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri çalışanları arasında aşı yaptırmama yüzdesini ve aşı yaptırmama nedenlerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Hesaplamalar, Spss 21 programı kullanılarak ki-kare testi ve lojistik regresyon uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Girişimsel Olmayan Etik Kurul'dan etik izin alınmıştır.(Karar tarihi:26.05.2021,Karar No:2021-05/02)
Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan 197 çalışanın 26'sı doktor (%13,2), 171'i (%86,8) diğer sağlık meslek mensubudur.
