Öz

Radyasyon tedavisi, meme kanseri için genel olarak kabul görmüş bir tedavi seçeneğidir. Meme koruyucu cerrahi sonrası adjuvan radyoterapi uygulanan hastalarda nadiren sekonder malignite gelişebilir. Bu yazımızda radyoterapi tedavisi sonrası sekonder skuamöz hücreli kanser gelişen olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık.

Squamous cell cancer developing secondary to radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery: A case report

Öz

Radiation therapy is a generally accepted treatment option for breast cancer. Secondary malignancy may rarely develop in patients who receive adjuvant radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery. In this article, we aimed to present our case who developed secondary squamous cell cancer after radiotherapy treatment.
