The effect of nature on human psychology and health has been a subject of curiosity and research for years. The healing effect of nature on humans and its supporting aspect of mental well-being has become a fundamental need for the development of a therapeutic logic in this field in the late 20th century and in the 21st century, also known as the millennium age. The understanding of ecopsychology, which is effective in dealing with nature in a therapeutic sense, has revealed three basic hypotheses and various nature therapy practices, also called green movement, based on these hypotheses. In this study, firstly, three basic hypotheses will be discussed in order to understand the ecopsychology approach and the basis that lays the groundwork for ecopsychology. Later, the content will be enriched by mentioning the contents of various nature therapies.
