Anayasacılığın Uluslararası Hukuk Bakımından Uygulanabilirliğinde Dikkate Alınması Gereken Bazı Temel Hususlar

Öz

Anayasacılık, uluslararası hukukun tartışma konusu olan en güncel konularından birisidir. Uluslararası
hukukta meşruiyet başta olmak üzere pek çok sorunun ancak anayasacılık yoluyla çözülebileceğini
savunan çok sayıda yazar bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte anayasacılığın uygulanmasına yönelik
savunulan fikirlerin ve üzerinde durulan hususların kapsamı yazarların konuya yaklaşımına
göre farklılık gösterebilmektedir. Çalışmada anayasacılığın, uluslararası hukukun güncel haliyle
uygulanmasının ilişkili olduğu bazı temel hususlara dair değerlendirmelerde bulunulmaktadır.
