ÖRGÜT İKLİMİ BAKIMINDAN BİR ÜNİVERSİTENİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ
Öz
Research studies reveals that the effectiveness of the school staff is closely reiated to the school climate; and this in return affects the effectiveness of the education and the success of the students. In this research that has been spoıısoretl by the Research Foundation of Marmara University, it is ainıed at the measurement and the evaluation of the perceptions of the academic administratiton, the teaching and the non-teaching staff as well as of the students with respect to the school climate at Marmara University.
