TÜRK HUKUKUNDA SPOR SÖZLEŞMELERİ VE PROFESYONELLİK

Öz

Nowadays, the corıtract matter in professional football teams has become one of the most important discussing subject in our society. The importance of playing sport is emphasized frequently, if we assume that sport is a unceasable way of pleasure in the societies. Not understanding the meaning of the contract is the main reason for the disagreement occurred bettveen the player and the club. The players,in fact, don't know what kind of legal obligations are created by their singing of contracts yvhich reach to high amounts and by their becoming professional in very young ages.In this assay, after an overall information about the contract concept is given, an explanation of conditions of professional football player and of the formation of contract.
