Öz

Globalization, the attempt to bring nations and societies closer together, is a challenging process. Technology can provide a measure of uniformity, although it is constrained by empirical limitation of nature. The human element, on the other hand, is dynamic, changing, and unique to each culture. Designing training programs to fit specific cultures is integral to meeting the pedagogical requirements. Thus, training programs designed in one country should always be redesigned to take into account institutional, political and social information before presentation in another country. By understanding and contrasting training methods and techniques from country to country, a more durable result is achieved. Global training provide a framework upon which to build culturally-sensitive training programs.
