Öz

Innovativeness and responsiveness in a changing environment is a sure source of competitive advantage for organizations of today. Organizations must have the capability to enhance their knowledge- base and learning capacity. The purpose of this article is to analyze learning mechanisms and management practices in learning organizations given the short cases covering the topic.
