Öz
Küresel ekonomi ABD’de mortgage şirketlerinin, yatırım ve mevduat bankalarının batmaya başlamasıyla kendini gösteren şiddetli bir kriz döneminde bulunmaktadır. İMKB’de yaşanılan krizden yüksek oranda etkilenmiş durumdadır. Finansmanlarının bir kısmını İMKB’den sağlayan şirketlerin kriz sürecinde bu kaynakları bulmaları güçleşecektir. Bu makalede, İstanbul borsasının krizden nasıl etkileneceği ve borsanın krize karşı direnme kapasitesi tartışılacaktır. Sonuç bölümünde ise, makaledeki analiz çerçevesinde gelecek araştırmalar için çıkarılan gündem sunulmaktadır
