ANALYSING OF ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL VISUAL ARTS LESSON CURRICULUM IN TERMS OF RELATION BETWEEN ART HISTORY INSTRUCTION AND MUSEUM EDUCATION
Öz
The aim of this study is to analyze the place of museum in “Elementary and Middle School Visual Arts Lesson Curriculum”. For this reason, first of all, the achievements of art history were determined in the Curriculum and then it was examined in how rate and in what ways these subjects were related to museum education. This research was conducted by the document analysis method. The document examined in the study is “Elementary School and Secondary School Visual Arts Course Teaching Program”. As a result of the study, it was determined that the establishment of the relationship between “art history” and “museum education” in the “Curriculum of Elementary School and Secondary School Visual Arts Course” was not sufficient in terms of quantity and the quality of this relationship should be improved. For contemporary art history teaching, the number of art history achievements should be increased, the methods supporting these achievements with museum education should be explained and activity ideas that can be realized in different museums should be given in the curriculum

Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, “İlkokul ve Ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar Dersi Öğretim Programı”nda sanat tarihi konularının öğretiminde müze eğitiminin yerini betimlemektir. Bu nedenle öncelikle bu Program’daki sanat tarihi ile ilgili kazanımlar belirlenmiş, daha sonra bu kazanımların müze eğitimi ile hangi oranda ve nasıl ilişkilendirildiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada incelenen doküman “İlkokul ve Ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar Dersi Öğretim Programı”dır. Çalışma sonucunda “İlkokul ve Ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar Dersi Öğretim Programı”nda “sanat tarihi” ve “müze eğitimi” ilişkisinin kurulmasının nicelik açısından yeterli olmadığı, bu ilişkinin niteliğinin de geliştirilmesi gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Çağdaş bir sanat tarihi öğretimi için öğretim Programı’nda müze eğitimi ile ilişki kurulan sanat tarihi kazanımı sayısının arttırılması, bu kazanımların müze eğitimi ile desteklenmesinin yöntemi konusunda açıklamalar yapılması ve farklı müze türlerinde gerçekleştirilebilecek etkinlik önerilerine yer verilmesi önerilmektedir
