TRAININGS FOR THE DISADVANTAGED GROUPS IN MUSEUMS
Abstract
Museums today, take advantage of the opportunities presented by modern education methods for communicating with the public. Museums carry out their duties of scientific transfer and social education through their visitors. This article about the museums education very important for accessibility and disabilities visitors. Museums offer equal opportunities to all kinds of visitors in terms of social responsibility. Vision impaired, blind, hearing impaired, mentally impaired, elderly, physically disabled visitors, visiting young children, pregnant women, visitors with language problems and immigrants are among the disadvantaged groups.Today, museums actively engage in efforts to attract disadvantaged groups to museums, within the scope of their social responsibility efforts. Priority has to be given to the participation of these groups to museum education and the events that are organized in the museum administration policies. People in these groups, who have to be specially protected, are groups that require social protection as a state responsibility. Educational activities that target disadvantaged visitors are increasing in number and variety, in order to make museums more accessible and usable. Recently, museums have implemented applications that combine education, training and fun that allow disadvantaged visitors to live various experiences. The active participation of these disadvantaged visitors to the activities in the museum, along with other visitors, and their social interactions are also important in terms of interactive museum education. The requirements of disadvantaged groups have to be especially considered in the planning of museum education activities

Öz
Günümüzde müzeler; toplumla iletişim kurmada, çağdaş eğitim yöntemlerinin sağladığı imkanlardan yararlanmaktadır. Müzeler bilimsel aktarım ve toplumu bilgilendirme görevini ziyaretçiler üzerinden sürdürmektedir. Bu çalışma; müzelerde eğitim çalışmalarının planlanmasında bu dezavantajlı gurupların ihtiyaçları da, özellikle dikkate alınmasına yönelik çalışmaların artırılması amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Müzeler toplumsal sorumluluk açısından her türlü ziyaretçiye eşit fırsat sunmalıdır. Görme engelliler, işitme engelliler, zihinsel engelliler, belli yaşın üzerinde yaş almışlar, hareket eksiklikleri olan fiziksel engelli ziyaretçiler, küçük yaş gurubundaki çocuk ziyaretçiler, hamileler, dil sorunu olanlar, göçmenler bu dezavantajlı grupta yer alırlar.Bugün müzeler sosyal sorumluluk çalışmaları kapsamında; dezavantajlı ziyaretçi grupları da müzelere aktif olarak çekme çalışmalarını sürdürmektedirler. Bu gurupların müze eğitim çalışmalarına, düzenlenen etkinliklere katılmaları, müze yönetim politikaları arasında öncelikle yer almalıdır. Özel olarak korunması gereken bu gruplardaki kişiler, devlet sorumluluğunda toplumsal korumaya ihtiyaç duyan gruplardır. Ülkemizde müzeyi erişilebilir ve kullanılabilir kılmak amacı ile dezavantajlı ziyaretçilere yönelik eğitim etkinlikleri giderek çeşitlenerek artmaktadır. Son yıllarda müzeler özellikle dezavantajlı ziyaretçilere yönelik çeşitli deneyimleri yaşayabilecekleri eğitimi, öğretimi ve eğlenceyi birleştiren uygulamaları hayata geçirmişlerdir. Bu dezavantajlı ziyaretçilerin müzede diğer ziyaretçiler ile birlikte aktif olarak etkinliklere katılmaları, sosyal etkileşimde bulunmaları, interaktif müze eğitimi açısından da önem kazanmıştır
