THE STUDY OF REPUBLICAN ERA SECONDARY SCHOOL TURKISH TEACHING PROGRAMS IN TERMS OF VOCABULARY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

One of the primary needs for humans as social beings is to conduct a healthy communication. For a proper communication, language should be used in a correct, comprehensible and desired way. In order for individuals to communicate with their surroundings over prolific channels by expressing themselves in an accurate way, they should have a sufficient level of vocabulary. Education – training has a great role in raising individuals that can expertly use their native language vocabulary and express themselves accordingly. Education programs should provide students with opportunities that will enrich their vocabulary and the studies to be carried out in school life should be directed at developing and enriching the vocabulary of students
