Abstract
This study aims to identify teachers’ perceptions toward Vitamin’s
effectiveness and usefulness. It is a descriptive study designed on the basis of
the survey model. The study group consists of 209 teachers from various
branches employed in the primary schools in the central province of Kirsehir.
The data were collected using the Scale on Teachers’ Perceptions toward
Vitamin (α=0.956) developed by the researchers. The collected data were subjected
to frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-test,
Anova, LSD and correlation statistics. The results of the analyses revealed that
the teachers had both positive and negative attitudes toward Vitamin and that
a great majority of them did not use Vitamin. In addition to these results, it was
also observed that the teachers’ attitudes toward Vitamin changed with their
branches, duration of employment and frequency of Vitamin use
