Covid-19 Pandemi Sürecinde Uzaktan Eğitim Planlaması ve Yönetim Yaklaşımları

Öz

Dünya ve Türkiye gündemine 2019 yılı sonu itibariyle giren Covid-19 salgınının etkisi halen devam etmektedir. Salgının kontrol altına alınması ve günlük hayata ilişkin asgari yaşam şartlarının sağlanması, ülkelerin gündemlerini meşgul etmektedir. Söz konusu salgın başta ekonomi olmak üzere, sosyal hayat ve eğitim alanlarında etkisini göstermiştir. Eğitim alanında yaşanan problemlerin üstesinden gelebilmek için ülkeler bazında farklı politikalar uygulanmış, uzaktan eğitim planlamaları yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma, gelişmiş ülkelerin salgın sürecindeki eğitim uygulamalarını, uzaktan eğitim planlanması ve yönetim yaklaşımları temelinde ele almaktadır. Çalışmaya kaynaklık edecek örneklem büyük olduğu için gelişmiş ülkelerden beş tanesi (Almanya, Belçika, Fransa, İngiltere, Kanada) seçilerek sınırlar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmaya ait veriler kaynak tarama (Alan Araştırması) yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sürecinde istenen bilgilere ulaşmak için ikincil veri kaynakları (istatistikler, kitaplar, raporlar, makale, gazete, belge, tutanak) kullanılmıştır.

Distance Education Planning and Management Approaches in the Covid-19 Pandemic Process

Öz

The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, which entered the world and Türkiye at the end of 2019, continues. Controlling the epidemic and ensuring minimum living conditions for daily life occupy the agenda of countries. The epidemic influenced the economy, social life, and education. To solve these problems experienced in the field of education, different policies have been applied based on countries, and distance education plans have been made. This study deals with the educational practices of developed countries during the epidemic process, based on distance education planning and management approaches. Since the sample to the source of the study is large, and we selected five developed countries like Germany, Belgium, France, England, and Canada). We used the literature review method to obtain the study's data (Field Research). As secondary data sources (statistics, books, reports, articles, newspapers, documents, and minutes) we used to reach the desired information during the research process.
