Serada ve farklı ortamlarda yetiştirilen maviyemiş çeşitlerinin kalite parametrelerinin belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 10 farklı kuzey orijinli yüksek boylu maviyemiş çeşidinin 3 farklı yetiştirme ortamındaki verim ve kalite parametrelerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada Bluecrop, Bluegold, Bluejay, Chandler, Darrow, Duke, Jubilee, Patriot, Brigitta ve Elliott maviyemiş çeşitlerine ait 2 yaşındaki tüplü fidanlar serada ve saksıdaki farklı ortamlara dikilmiştir. Bitkilerin morfolojik ve pomolojik özelliklerinden verim, pH, suda çözünür kuru madde (SÇKM), titrasyon asitliği (%) ve bazı meyve parametreleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada ortalama bitki boyu 60,0 cm ile 161,3 cm arasında değişmiştir. Bitki başına verim miktarları yetiştirme ortamı özelliklerine bağlı olarak yetiştirme ortamı (GM-1) 1’de 115,6 g, GM-2’de 784,7 g olarak elde edilmiştir. En düşük meyve ağırlığı GM-1’de (0,68 g) ve en yüksek meyve ağırlığı GM-3’te (2,27 g) belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında meyve örneklerinin pH değerleri 2,55-3,29 arasında, suda çözünebilir katı madde oranı (SSC) yüzdeleri %7,0-12,5 arasında, titrasyon asitliği (TA) miktarı ise %0,97-1,69 arasında değişmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen verim ve kalite parametreleri dikkate alındığında GM 2 olarak değerlendirilen organik ortamın en iyi sonuçları verdiği görülmüştür. Çeşitlere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan farklılıklar çeşit özelliklerine göre değerlendirilmiştir.

Determination of quality parameters of blueberies grown in different growing media under greenhouse

Öz

The aim of this study was to determine the yield and quality parameters of 10 different northern highbush blueberry varieties in 3 different growing media. In the study, 2-year-old potted plants of Bluegrop, Bluegold, Bluejay, Chandler, Darrow, Duke, Jubilee, Patriot, Brigitta and Elliott blueberry varieties were planted in different media under greenhouse in pots. Morphological and pomological characteristics of the plants were observed. Yield, pH, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (%) and some berry parameters were determined. In the study, the average plant height varied between 60.0 cm and 161.3 cm. The fruit yield per plant were obtained as 115,6 g in growing media-1 (GM-1) and 784,7 g in GM-2 depending on the growing media characteristics. The lowest berry weight (0.68 g) was determined in GM-1 and the highest berry weight (2.27) was determined in GM-3. Within the scope of the study, the pH values of the berry samples varied between 2.55 and 3.29, the total soluble solid (TTS%) varied between 7.0% (GM-3) and 12.5% (GM-2), and the titratable acidity (TA) varied between 0.97% (GM-3) and 1.69% (GM-1). Considering the yield and quality parameters obtained in the study, it was seen that the organic media evaluated as GM 2 gave the best results. The differences that emerged depending on the varieties were evaluated in relation to the variety characteristics.
