OTOMATIK DEPOLAMA VE ÇEKME SISTEMLERINDE BEKLEME NOKTASI

Öz

Otomatik
depolama ve
çekme sistemleri
(OD/ÇS'ler), otomatik üretim ve dağıtım merkezlerinde sıklıkla kullanılan ana malzeme yönetim sistemleridir.
OD/ÇS'lerde bekleme noktası politikası kontrol politikalarından birisidir. Boş
bir vincin bekleyeceği yer bekleme noktası politikası tarafından belirlenir.
Gelen depolama ya da
çekme
taleplerine yanıt verme süresini en küçükleme ve çıktı düzeyini en büyükleme
makineler için bekleme
noktasının optimal seçimi ile
sağlanabileceğinden, yapacak işi olmayan makinelerin boş seyahat zamanını azaltmak amacıyla nereye yerleştirileceğini
belirlemek önemli bir kontrol problemidir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle OD/ÇS'lerden bahsedilmekte
daha sonra OD/ÇS'lerde bekleme noktası politikası güncel literatür ile birlikte
ele
alınmaktadır.
