Öz

Küresel rekabette sınırları zorlayan ve hızlı bir dönüşüm sürecindeki Türk iş dünyasının daha şeffaf kurumsal yönetim ilkeleriyle çalışması Türk işletmelerinin küresel rekabet gücünü artırmasında büyük öneme sahiptir. Dünya ekonomisi ile entegre olma, yüksek ve sürdürülebilir büyüme oranları ile ekonomik istikrarın sürekli kılınması hedefi doğrultusunda; şeffaflık ve hesap verebilirlik ilkeleri üzerine kurulu olan yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu Tasarısı’nın (“Tasarı”) yasalaşmasıyla toplumun tüm paydaşlarının bilgiye erişebilirliği ve çıkarlarının korunması da sağlanacaktır.

(The Innovation by Turkish Commercial Code Project Brought on the Financial Accounts and the Transparency of the Company) Turkish business system in the process of fast transformation straining its power in the global rivalry which works with brighter governance principles has an important role on the increase of Turkish business companies' rivalry.Being integrated with the global economy and big and sustainable growing rates and with the ongoing economical stability, new Turkish Commercial Code project (project) based on transparency and accountability will let all the parts of the society get information and protect their rights.
