Dil ve Konuşma Terapisinde Dijital Teknolojiler: Güncel Bir Derleme

Öz

Dijital teknolojiler, dil ve konuşma terapisi alanında değerlendirme, müdahale, izlem, danışmanlık, aile eğitimi, klinik dokümantasyon ve karar destek süreçlerinde giderek daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Bu teknolojiler, terapistin klinik uygulamalarını destekleyen tamamlayıcı araçlar olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı, dil ve konuşma terapisinde kullanılan dijital teknolojileri güncel literatür doğrultusunda incelemektir. Çalışmada bu teknolojilerin klinik kullanım alanları, sunduğu olanaklar, sınırlılıkları ve geleceğe yönelik yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada tele-terapi ve çevrim içi terapi platformları, mobil sağlık uygulamaları, dijital terapi materyalleri, oyun tabanlı öğrenme araçları, sanal ve artırılmış gerçeklik uygulamaları, yapay zekâ destekli sistemler, otomatik konuşma analizi ile dijital değerlendirme ve izleme araçları ele alınmıştır. Güncel bulgular, dijital teknolojilerin hizmete erişimi artırabildiğini göstermektedir. Bu araçlar terapi sürekliliğini destekleyebilmekte, ev çalışmalarını yapılandırabilmekte ve aile katılımını güçlendirebilmektedir. Ayrıca klinik ilerlemenin daha sistematik biçimde izlenmesine katkı sağlayabilmektedir. Tele-terapi ve çevrim içi platformlar, yüz yüze hizmete erişimde güçlük yaşayan bireyler için esnek bir hizmet sunumu sağlayabilmektedir. Mobil uygulamalar ve dijital terapi materyalleri ise terapi hedeflerinin günlük yaşama aktarılmasını destekleyebilmektedir. Oyun tabanlı araçlar çocuklarda motivasyon, dikkat ve tekrar sıklığını artırabilmektedir. Sanal ve artırılmış gerçeklik uygulamaları, işlevsel iletişim ve sosyal katılımın gerçek yaşam benzeri bağlamlarda çalışılmasına olanak tanıyabilmektedir. Yapay zekâ ve otomatik konuşma analizi sistemleri nesnel veri üretimi açısından önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Bu sistemler erken tarama, akustik ve dilsel analiz, bireyselleştirilmiş müdahale planlama ve ilerleme takibini de destekleyebilmektedir. Bununla birlikte dijital araçların klinik uygunluğu birçok değişkene bağlıdır. Danışanın yaşı, bozukluk türü ve şiddeti, bilişsel ve duyusal özellikleri, aile desteği, dijital okuryazarlık düzeyi, teknik altyapı, terapist yeterliği ve kullanılan aracın bilimsel dayanağı bu değişkenler arasındadır. Ayrıca veri güvenliği, mahremiyet, açık rıza, algoritmik yanlılık, açıklanabilirlik, kültürel ve dilsel uyarlama ile klinik doğrulama temel konular olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Türkiye bağlamında tele-terapi ve yapay zekâ uygulamalarına ilişkin çalışmalar artmaktadır. Ancak Türkçe veri setleri, yerel normlar, etik ve yasal çerçeve ile terapistlerin dijital yeterlikleri açısından daha fazla araştırmaya ihtiyaç vardır. Sonuç olarak dijital teknolojiler, yüz yüze terapinin yerine geçen bağımsız sistemler olarak görülmemelidir. Bu araçlar, terapistin klinik uzmanlığını, danışan merkezli müdahale planlamasını ve kanıta dayalı uygulamayı destekleyen tamamlayıcı teknolojiler olarak değerlendirilmelidir.
