Öz

Dekstrokardi kalbin aksının apeks-kauda
düzleminde olduğu ve kalbin kendisinin de sağ hemitoraksta bulunduğu kardiyak
pozisyon anomalisidir.  Bu pozisyon
anomalisi kalbin konjenital sebepleriyle olup ekstra-kardiyak bir sebebe bağlı
değildir. Dekstrokardi ve dekstropozisyon aynı terimler değildir. Bu olgu
sunumunda akciğerde kitlesi olan hastada dekstropozisyon ve dekstrokardi
birlikteliğinin klinik incelemesi yapılmaktadır.

Dextocardia or Dextroposition of the Heart? A Case Report

Öz

Dextrocardis is the
cardiac position anomaly occurs when the cardiac axis is in the apex-caudal
plane which may either point to the right or left but the heart itself is in
the right hemithorax. This position anomaly occurs due to congenital causes of
the heart and is not due to an extra-cardiac cause. Dextrocardia and
dextroposiztion are disparate terms. In this case report association of both
dextroposition and dextrocardia in the same patient with a lung mass has been
examined.
