GERİ ÇEKME YÖNTEMİNİN KADINLARIN CİNSEL DOYUMLARI VE EVLİLİK UYUMLARINA ETKİSİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Amaç: Araştırma, aile planlaması
yöntemi olarak eşleri geri çekme
uygulayan kadınların cinsel doyum durumlarını, cinsel doyumlarını etkileyen
faktörleri ve cinsel doyumlarının evlilik uyumları üzerine etkisini belirlemek
amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma
kesitsel tipte olup, Gaziantep’teki
bir Aile Sağlığı Merkezine kayıtlı/başvuran
302 kadın üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, anket formu
ile “Glombook-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği” ve “Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği”
kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler ortalama, standart sapma,
minimum ve maksimum değerler ile yüzdelik sayılar, t-testi, Oneway Anova testi,
Pearson Korelasyon testi, Lineer Regresyon analizi kullanılarak
değerlendirilmiştir.

Bulgular: Kadınların Glombook -Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği puan ortalamaları ile
kadınların yaşı, öğrenim düzeyi, çalışma durumları, evlilik yılı, eşlerinin
öğrenim düzeyi, eşi ile duygu ve düşüncelerini paylaşması, eşi ile yaşamda yer
alan değerlerinin benzer olması, önemli konularda eşi ile karar alması, çocuk
sahibi olma durumları, gebelik sayısı,
gebeliklerinin planlı olma durumu, cinsel ilişki sıklığı, geri çekme yöntemine
karar verme durumu, geri çekme yöntemi tercih etme nedenleri, istenmeyen
gebelik yaşama durumları ve cinselliğin doyuruculuğu arasındaki farkın
istatistikselaçıdan önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<.05).







Sonuç: Kadınların cinsel
doyumlarının düşük olduğu, cinsel
doyumları düşük olan kadınların evlilik uyumlarının da düşük olduğu
belirlenmiştir (r = 0,514, p= ,001). Kadınların aile planlaması yöntem
seçimlerine yönelik düzenlenecek eğitim
programları ile bilinçlendirilerek istenmeyen gebeliklerin önlenmesi ve cinsel
doyumlarının arttırılması sağlanmalıdır.
