İSG Mevzuatı Perspektifinden Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma: İnsana Yakışır İş Hedefi

Öz

Bu çalışma, Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri (SKH) çerçevesinde “insana yakışır iş” idealine ulaşmada iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin (İSG) önemini analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Birleşmiş Milletler 2030 Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefi “Hedef 8: İnsana Yakışır İş ve Ekonomik Büyüme” odağı etrafında şekillenen bu çalışma, bu hedef ile 6331 sayılı İSG Kanunu arasındaki teorik ve pratik ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Çalışma, İSG’nin ilgili mevzuat hükümleri doğrultusunda güvenli, sağlıklı ve insan onuruna yakışır çalışma koşullarını destekleyebileceği temel alanları belirlemekte ve İSG düzenlemeleri ile insana yakışır iş gündemi arasındaki örtüşme noktalarını analiz etmektedir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan doküman analizi yöntemini benimsemiştir. Bu kapsamda, 6331 sayılı Kanun’un insana yakışır iş ilkesiyle doğrudan ilişkili maddeleri ayrıntılı olarak yorumlanmıştır. Bulgular, insana yakışır iş hedefinin bu yasal düzenlemelerin özünü oluşturduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

Sustainable Development from An OHS Legislation Perspective: The Decent Work Goal

Öz

This study aims to analyze the significance of occupational health and safety (OHS) in achieving the ideal of “decent work” within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Shaped around the focus of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal “Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth,” this study examines the theoretical and practical relationship between this objective and the OHS Law No. 6331. The study identifies key areas in which OHS can support safe, healthy, and dignified working conditions in line with relevant legislative provisions and analyzes the overlapping points between OHS regulations and the decent work agenda. The research adopts the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research designs. Within this scope, the articles of Law No. 6331 that are directly related to the principle of decent work are interpreted in detail. The findings reveal that the objective of decent work underlies the core of these legal regulations.
