Otoriter/otoriteryen/yetkeci kişilik (authoritarian personality); tipik olarak hoşgörüsüz, katı, resmi otoriteye ve geleneklere katı bir bağlılık, ait olduğu grubu kayırıp diğer gruplara karşı önyargılı olma, üstlerine körü körüne boyun eğerken astlarına karşı tahakkümcü olma, belirsizliğe tahammül ede- meme, güvensizlik, katı ve sterotipik düşünme gibi özellikler sergileyen bir kişilik tipi (Budak, 2000, s.562)
