The present study aims to explore the relationships between irrational beliefs, depression, anxiety, stress, and internet addiction in emerging adults utilizing correlation and network analysis. This study, designed by the relational scanning model, was conducted on 285 students (213 female, 74 male) studying at the faculty of education of a state university. The mean age of the participants was 20.69 (range 18-29). Rational and Irrational Beliefs Scale, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale, and Internet Addiction Scale were utilized as data collection instruments. The analyses were performed using SPSS and JASP. According to the findings, significant positive relationships were found between irrational beliefs and depression, anxiety, stress, and internet addiction. Although significant positive relationships were found between awfulizing, and global evolution of worth and depression, anxiety, stress, and internet addiction, no significant relationship was found between frustration intolerance and these variables. Demandingness showed a significant positive relationship only with stress. In addition, significant positive relationships were found between internet addiction and depression, anxiety, and stress. The results of the network analysis showed that awfulizing had the highest betweenness and closeness scores, while stress had the highest strength score. The data provided several suggestions for future studies.
