MODEL OF UNIVERSITY MENTOR EDUCATİON

Öz

Education organizations are obliged to benefit from the source of human that they already have effectively in order to stand, to renew themselves faster and to have a healthier process. One of the most important way to benefit from the human source effectively is to constitute voluntary activity areas and try to obtain the active participation of the staff. The aim of this study is to suggest the mentoring (voluntary counseling) education program to apply and to become widespread at universities which have rich human source potential. In this study, the literature has been searched for the voluntary counseling and the importance and benefits of voluntary counseling for the university organizations have been emphasized.
